1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ah88ph ("ah88ph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ah88ph website located at https://ah88ph.org and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the ah88ph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations. ah88ph strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of ah88ph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ah88ph Platform or any other gambling platform operated under PAGCOR oversight.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

ah88ph reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you fail to meet or maintain these requirements. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of ah88ph services, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If ah88ph discovers that you hold more than one account, all duplicate accounts may be closed and any balances therein may be forfeited.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify ah88ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

ah88ph implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ah88ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Deposit Methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. ah88ph does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in your account dashboard. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Funds deposited via a specific payment method must generally be withdrawn to the same method (return-to-source policy).
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the Platform. ah88ph reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Fees: ah88ph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which ah88ph bears no responsibility.

ah88ph reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. Any funds found to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ah88ph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ah88ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• ah88ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of ah88ph shall be final and binding.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ah88ph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• All casino games on the ah88ph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in licensed studios under real-time monitoring.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel. These percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, ah88ph will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account.
• ah88ph reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or any other irregularity that may have affected the integrity of the outcome.
• Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change. Bets accepted prior to a change in odds will be honoured at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement, subject to the applicable sports betting rules.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ah88ph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a minor to access your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or other integrity violations in sports betting or poker.
• Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, or loopholes in the Platform's software or game logic.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ah88ph staff, other players, or any third party through the Platform's communication channels.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any ah88ph trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of ah88ph intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by ah88ph.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ah88ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical failures beyond ah88ph's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data by third parties.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game outcomes resulting from circumstances outside ah88ph's control.

ah88ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ah88ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ah88ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

11. Privacy

ah88ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

ah88ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• At your own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted through our Responsible Gaming tools.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and ah88ph, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or platform operations, ah88ph's records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the facts in question, unless you can demonstrate a clear and material error in those records.
